It was a great learning opportunity to learn new skills which will be helping us to solve difficult problems and perform better in critical situations/ meetings professionally and confidently.

I struggled a bit to start with, my fault for not being there early so not being set up in time, lesson leaned for next time. Also my screen was a bit too small but the leaning itself was good & I would recommend.

Ebe was amazing. She allowed us to engage and learn. I will definitely be joining more course with Happy in the future.

The facilitator was wonderful and worked through the features thoroughly and clearly. Once we were shown how to do something we then practiced it independently which really helped to solidify the techniques. The facilitator actively engaged the participants and was always there to answer questions.

The section on Purpose and Strength demanded more time and if it was done in-person could have been exciting.

The training session was really good and several new concepts like Multipliers, delegation, Strength and purpose.
