Structure and organization: suggest sending calendar invites to the participants, in their own timezones. We did experienced some complications, as BST changed in between courses. To be 100% honest is not always easy to take a full afternoon (or morning) off work, during 5 weeks, but it was worth it. The facilitator (Jo) did an amazing job. She was very clear, she always adapted the concepts to our organization situation, she is a great listener and she made all the sessions very interesting (time flew to be honest)

It was a really engaging session - the first virtual training session that I actually felt involved in which is no mean feat. I liked the use of breakout rooms and Jam board both of which worked really well.

I think it was really clear, there was ample opportunity to contribute and it felt like a friendly, inclusive and welcoming course, with meaningful outcomes that will help us in our everyday lives (both work and personal)
