Good course. Took a long time to get started, as a few people had technology issues, but these things happen.
I wasn't sure at first where the day-long session was heading but it became clearer after lunch. Some colleagues had expected it to be more nuts and bolts of managing a team - it was in fact at a higher and more general level but better for that as there was very little content that wouldn't have applied to (and been useful for) everyone in the session

Great speaker lots of really practical advice in a short period of time - lots to put into practice, a challenge to identify just two actions
Enjoyed that it was very interactive so i dint feel left behind if i didn't understand
Very good facilitator, good at explaining and not making us feel a wrong answer is bad. Good exercises to keep us engaged and to learn. Could have attended a L3 I think.
