the training ran at a good pace and the facilator involved the participants.

I felt the course could have been condensed although the trainer was very flexible which was vey helpful.

it has been an excellent 2 sessions - liked the integration of online tools in the sessions, which added to the learning experience. Marked down slightly for structure and pace because we ran out of time in the session. might be that technology takes longer than in person?

Really enjoyable and informative , feel educated

Gave me much food for thought and motivation to read further on the subject of leadership. The 2nd day was much better paced and not so tiring - must have been the 1.5 hour lunch!

Nicky did a great job with a diverse group & I learned a lot just from her facilitation style.

Enjoyed the exercises that enabled us to see how we work and how we want to work, help to strengthen communication in the team.
