Really well designed, accessable course. Easy methods to implement and try out.

One of the best courses I've done in a long time. Really good use of your time, so much return for a small time investment (though the hard work of embedding the new techniques in daily practice of course is still to come). This course worked really well via the online platform too - quick and easy sharing of documents and links and also use of chat during the training.

Great course, bite size chunks to try each day, definitely increased productivity this week!

Very competent, approachable facilitator. Worked at a good pace and varied the type of tasks/interactions. The course was as well managed as it could be using zoom, but would have been better face to face. This is because there are no distractions if you are away from your normal working environment. Ben was engaging and ensured everyone was equally involved.
