Great facilitator teaching the class. Very positive attitude and amazing use of engagement techniques using different tools (slides, breakouts, jamboard, resource, etc.)
Great course, Gill was a brilliant tutor. Just the right pace and level for me. I've learnt some great things that will really help me in my work.
Gill was great, very patient, friendly and kept everyone engaged
Gill the trainer was very helpful, easy to talk to, she set out everything in what I would call a normal person's language, making it easier to grasp. Thank you Gill
Good opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with colleagues. Lots of food for thought and ideas to put into eventual practice.
The course was really useful and really made me step back and think about how i am as a manager, i have learnt a few things about myself that i can take away and work on to improve.
Fantastic course, couldn’t fault it. Have walked away full of confidence and with strong relationships with different teams
Great lunch. Good content and key leadership tools were learnt for life
