Very interesting, engaging and interactive training which developed new skills and techniques for providing online training. Gained confidence in using a range of different tools that make online training more participative.
AI and risk management felt less obviously connected overall to self management and more like topics from a more general leadership programme than previous sessions. Maybe could have done with more explicit connection from the facilitators to make the links clearer? AI session was interesting but felt a bit conceptual for those considering this stuff for the first time. Where would one start?! Felt a bit like he came to share his world view rather than engage with the group where we are all at. Could we have covered the basics of risk management and then looked at the risks (or common perceived risks) associated with making the shift to self management to make the link clearer? I was tired by this point but felt like a mix of this, and talking about how to do risk management in a self-managed org and didn't feel like we had time to do either justice in a way that left me clear on what I could do with it (and I work with risk a fair amount already).
I really enjoyed the course. Serena definitely knows her subject and was able to share her knowledge in an engaging way.
I'm so glad to be a part of this Power BI training session. It was informative, reasonably intense and interesting. Serena was a patient and attentive instructor. She made us feel at ease and no challenge was too much for her.
Really interesting and well presented. Thank you :)
The course was really informative and interactive. Paul was a great coach and taught me the skills I need to become a better Squad Lead. I will definitely apply his skills and techniques going forward.
I feel like I've learned a lot from this session, and will definitely take the techniques forwards in future.
Good course, well paced. Challenging and intriguing, with not too many concepts introduced at once. Good overview of what coaching is and some simple exercises to demonstrate principles.
there was a lot of information and steps to take in. Once I get stuck in myself i know it will be easier.
