I know it was not possible given the limited time and Pat packed a lot in, but it would have been useful if it could have been more interactive. This is not a criticism just an observation.

I really enjoyed the course and despite being new to Power BI, I feel like I have come away with a great basic understanding of how to work with it. There was a lot to cover, but Serena was very helpful and patient with us with regards to explaining or reviewing bits that we may not have understood right away. Working with our screens was a great way to allow us to learn by doing, which I think is very effective

Overall, I really enjoyed the course and the facilitator was great and very knowledgeable. The only constructive criticism that I could give is that there were a few points where the pace slowed down a little bit and I found myself losing concentration.

Serena was extremely professional and patient with us all during the training. She was very quick to help learners catch up if required and ensured that everyone was at the same stage at the end of each stage. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and look forward to a) doing more training in the future with Serena and b) applying the knowledge I've learned on this course. Thank you for making online virtual training so productive.
