An excellent course. Nicky was a first rate facilitator. She made everyone feel relaxed, while maintaining a rigorous and wide ranging course structure. I feel taht over the past four sessions I have come to understand more fully than I had in the past the meaning, function and possibilities of true leadership within the workplace.

Nothing negative, facilitator was engaging, I think the topic is a difficult one to define with objectives and take away ideas but the discussion was very useful

Really good reflective training session

A good course overall. I think it could be structured in shorter blocks. I also think that if all atendees are charity managers in the UK there could be a bit of focus on that, for example instead of on very large multinational organisations which sometimes are a world apart. Finally I believe some more diversity in the audience would also make things better overall.
