I really liked that Mike made the content simple and common sense, and emphasised the importance of us picking and choosing the relevant bits and designing our own process and priorities It was lightweight and accessible - all about whatever is most helpful to get the job done, not process for process sake The atmosphere was relaxed and it seemed everyone felt comfortable to contribute and speak up

A really informative and thought provoking course with lots of reflection and discussion opportunities.

The course was good and good to have a diverse group of people to share stories. Felt the timings in sessions did not always work as often placed in a larger group which then meant a shorter time for all individuals to participate in activities and share views.

I really enjoyed this course I think I will definitely take away the mindfulness and try to do this. I will also use the task recommendations trying to do one thing at a time and not let my mind wonder.

This was a really practical course. It was good to have space to reflect on remote leadership and think about what we've done so far and how we can progress with our teams in a hybrid remote/on-site environment.
