It has really made me think about how I approach meetings with my team and look at how I give feedback.
I was sceptical about attending (any such course), but there have been lots of useful 'nuggets' that can be implemented relatively easily (although it will take practice). also enjoyed the opportunity to play out scenarios - I normally find these really cringey, but I didn't on this occasion, as they were useful. Thank you
Very well run course with good opportunities to work on the theory discussed in a practical way, even in zoom
I thought I knew Teams but found out a lot more and how to use it better. Am really pleased that all our department now know how to use it so we will definitely be able to share things better Am looking forward to the next session

The course was really good, and i felt like even though the course was short a lot of information was given. I have two more courses booked and i am really looking forward to those after the positive experience from today :)
