I had hoped for more tricks for teams live video meetings and how to use that But I didnt know this even existed so I can complain as maybe this will be useful. You dont know what you dont know. Great facilitator, so patient. I bet you didnt expect to start at such a low level. We were never taught any of this stuff and have been winging it for years. Thank you. Please let us know the ext session. We will look forward to it.
This was an excellent interactive course which allowed us to play with the different functions within MS Teams. Very knowledgeable and patient tutor

Really enjoyed the session, the trainer was friendly and approachable, answered all our various questions! I really appreciated that they were happy to go over things or explain them in a different way if we didn't understand. I felt like they really knew their stuff so could cope really well with different paces of learning /specific questions. Thank you!

You could only leave a session with Cathy HAPPY - very well delivered and made a zoom call very exciting and I believe we were all invested. I didn't switch off from the topics once, always tuned in to Cathy and her content/delivery.
Cathy was a great instructor and was able to make the session fun and engaging despite the current situation and change in how the session was delivered.
I thought the course and the facilitator were brilliant. I have taken some skills that I will endeavor to put into practice.
