This was a fantastic course - I have learnt so much and I really enjoyed how much self-reflection there was. I am now feeling really motivated to make changes to my management and work with my team.

Really well organised and engaging, always a lot to take away from the sessions. Virtually due to the pandemic seems to be my preferred delivery method.

It is quite difficult attending training on-line, but the pace, the style of delivery, the availability of materials, etc, was all excellent.
