Awesome course, Sarah did a wonderful job in making everybody feel connected and safe in trying new things when presenting. Regarding the last question - some of the techniques like involving the audience in public speaking is easier to be done in "real life" rather than on a computer. For this course it was great that we were able to have it online and therefore include many people of different geographic locations, but just something to think about for the future when we will be able to meet again.

Took a lot away, the course didn't go as expected as I was expecting it to be boring but I actually enjoyed it and took on some valued feedback. Thank you Sarah!

We had a rouge group member at the beginning of the day.... once they had left, it became much better. I enjoyed learning some shortcuts for the basics (range names). I would have liked more info on pivot tables, but, even what we covered was helpful. I feel I understand them better now. I will definitely be able to apply this info immediately at work. The course was paced well and I felt was an appropriate level for my experience.

Even though this was online I felt I gained good understanding and learning as I was a little concerned. Accessing the training at the beginning was a small challenge but once there it was fun as well as l a learnt a lot. some good top tips and new ways of doing things.

Ed was great at keeping us all together, making sure everyone had understanding and was supportive and inclusive if we had questions.

I am not a fan of virtual courses. With a single screen, it was difficult to flit between windows for the trainer, Project and the manual and I tended to get left behind from time to time. From experience with Happy, it all works much better when it's delivered in a training room. The timings were not very good: A 1300 start meant having no lunch break - or having to bolt an early lunch. Morning sessions would have been much better - or perhaps a later start but that would have meant running on to 1730.. on a Friday, when people's ability to focus would have fallen off sharply.
