Personally would have loved the recruitment piece we missed but aware not applicable to all!
There was alot of information to digent however it was all very helpful
Stephen was very good at leading the session and it was quite interesting.
my main problems is separating all my my activities in my hours such as chores, shows, eating, cooking, and doing work simultaneously. it was good in the respect that it gives a good overall, but as a person who balances a lot of things in my time it would be nice to get an idea of a more effective way to separate your distractions to work or how to make you more effective during work.
Thank you for the course I have learnt a lot and feel much more confident been a coach.

The course felt somewhat patronising, some of it was fairly obvious at least to me. It would of helped if people not taking the course seriously were singled out as they were taking away from the experience with distractions or unnecessary remarks.
Useful comments and discussions. FOr me I am already using most of the techniques and am used to giving feedback and making difficult conversations
