The facilitator was really great at pacing the course appropriately for all attendees. They were also incredibly patient with all of the tech issues, which I absolutely commend them for because I would not have had the same patience. Overall, a super useful course and the facilitator is very clearly skilled in delivering interactive courses in a perfectly paced way.

I like the convenience of the online but prefer face to face and that is a feedback on the training but just that i felt drained for 5 hours and that made it hard to focus at times but overall the trainer made sure we were engaged and present, which was great. Went with each one of our pace and even allowed those that were more advanced she had the doing other tasks while other did tasks on their level. That showed a value for all of our time and challenged everyone to make sure they took away new skills from the sessions and overall benefited.
Gill was excellent! We had a small group which was perfect. We asked questions as we went along and Gill explained things slowly and clearly when needed so that we all understood each step. I found the training really useful and have gained more knowledge of OneDrive now.
The facilitator was excellent, the session was virtual but he worked hard to ensure that all participants were involved.
I was extremely happy with the training because it was an area I had very little prior knowledge of. Upon completion I felt I had gained significant, actionable knowledge that I could implement into my work. Mike did a great job of involving everyone, explaining key terms, providing actionable feedback, and keeping the session engaging.
In terms of structure it would have been more beneficial to have Mike in the training room, however we managed very well in the end using various tools to make it work. Mike is a great trainer, he made the session engaging, fun and productive. He kept us on track and yet gave us the freedom to explore topics very well. Mike explains this topic very well and does not use overly complicated methods, it was a very practical session with some great practical outcomes.
