Very engaging and interesting sessions. Thought the way the session was delivered was intriguing and moved at a good pace for learning. Kept the learner engaged throughout and never sat just listening for long periods.

I enjoyed it - it's the first day-long zoom course I've attended where I felt energised and involved rather than 'chewing the desk' and watching the clock. Also felt like I'd learned a handful of really (immediately) usuable ideas rather than pages of notes I might never look at again

Really loved this course. Nicky was brilliant. Loved the breakout rooms and chances to work with and chat to several different colleagues. I learnt a lot of practical and helpful tips and found the training practical , well paced and very positive. Would highly recommend.
