I have enjoy today’s session so much , very interesting and engaging. Learned a lot and reinforced many elements of my style and approach to leadership, both positively and negatively
As with most training it was as much about learning as understanding what you already know. I do feel it has been valuable for me and there are take aways I will action immediately to make me a better coach.
