A I'm an old fashioned person I guess age related,did not grow up with computer,it will take me longer to take think on board but i really want to learn if this makes my job easier and if i need it to do my job

I was expecting more about psychology and techniques to handle challenging conversations.

The course was well designed and structured for the needs of the learners.

Great facilitator who was able to break things down really well.

I had a 1-2-1 session with Ebe and this was perfect for what I needed

I really enjoyed looking at my strengths and understanding the 4 domains of where my strengths lay. It was interesting to how many of my tasks do not fit any of my strengths! I also liked that although it takes time to delegate well, it is time well invested and made me sit up and realise that this time is not just well spent for me but also makes my team feel valued, builds confidence & skills and spreads knowledge

Extremely good course. Learnt so much that I will actually use in my job. The trainer was fantastic.

I'm really enjoying the course and there are lots of practical things I can take forward.
