Great to discuss project management with everyone and get to grips with planning going forward. Excited to get started with all the documentation.
The Induction was informative and it was nice to meet our Tutor and other people doing the course. There seemed to be some confusion over the presence of our Line Managers so this element didn't really work well with them present for some unnecessary aspects and having to dip in and out.
It was interesting but was a lot to take in and felt very process driven and I'm not a very detail orientated person. I will spend some time reading through the workbook to try and digest it all
Thought it was well run, good amount of breaks. Really engaging and Henry made sure everyone had the opportunity to contribute. Taking away tips and tools I will use for many years to come! Thank you.
There are so many great things to say about the training! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Was the perfect balance between the facilitator talking/giving information and group discussion/participation. Feel confident in the tools I've been given to line manage.
This was a good course and I learned plenty. I often go to training where I don't really feel I learned anything afterwards, although maybe it was interesting. This course wasn't like that & Gill coped really well with random & sometimes curve ball questions!
Fantastic training and would recommend. Paul was very thorough and explained everything really clearly! Liked that it was interactive and that we got an opportunity to create charts ourselves along the way
