was great - was very helpful to have done the full day - it was all too new to me then so missed a lot. Having had a go at delivery and taking some learning from it - this really helped build on that - will be using some of what I learned with a group tomorrow

It was very good as previous I did not know anything feeling more confident and enjoy it now need practice.
