Good course which provided some valuable insights to handle these difficult situations
Ben was an excellent trainer - all the information provided today was broken down into manageable sections. There was a variety of opportunities for the trainees to interact as a large group or in small breakout rooms. Ben also allowed the group to reflect and share their thoughts on topics raised. Using real examples through the coaching was also helpful as it means that things can be put into practice when returning to work
I really enjoyed the course as I did previously with Happy Computers
A great selection of material and insights, combined with the rich experience of the facilitator and his ability to bring out the diverse experience and learning of the participants, made the course a really well-presented and coherent programme. It was both enjoyable and stretching. The facilitator's ease with ZOOM and the other virtual platforms made it very productive despite the possible drawbacks of doing things like this virtually. I just wish we had more time. I think 1h30 for lunch is too long.
I already used these in my course of work. What i would really like to learn is Power BI and be able to use web queries
The course was presented really well by Adele, the pacing was good and made logical sense, covering the processes involved in managing a project over the course of a day. All of the material was relevant and Zoom and jamboard worked well for expressing the ideas in our groups (I don't really miss whiteboards and marker pens). All of the things taught seemed obvious when told, but I hadn't previously considered a lot of what managing a project would involve, and so it is good to now have a framework for this I can work from.
