Facilitator was excellent and clearly explained concepts when I did not understand them upon initial explanation. We did have a few tech errors, though these were dealt with swiftly and transparently and did not impact the session significantly.

Great course and trainer

I was really impressed by the sessions - I thought they were engaging and paced very well. A far cry from my dull IT lessons at school! Really happy and will be booking further sessions. Ebeji was brilliant - thank you so much

session 1 and 2 were at very good pace. I would have liked to have more time in session 3 to practice the org chart and swim lane and to have had some time for a group wrap up. Maybe separate the 2 out to session 3: org chart (1hr) session 4: swim lane & wrap up (1hr)

Complete beginners to visio would do better in a classroom because it is easy to get 'lost' with some technological aspects of online learning, and this holds up the rest of the online learners.

It was very interactive session.
