Really useful course in easy bite size sessions. Very interactive and enjoyable. There are a few things that I will definitely use moving forward as they have been very useful this week.

The course was run at the correct pace and Ebey involved everyone and made everyone feel at ease and helped when people were insure. I learnt lots of new things regarding sorting and filtering on an excel sheet.
Ben was fantastic as a facilitator. He made the 2 days enjoyable, inclusive and informative. The key points for each topic and the take-home messages were made clear. I have already recommended Happy courses to the rest of my organisation.
