I found the structure of the course really good and it has really made me think about how I communicate with my team and areas I can improve. I particularly like the emails solutions.
Another enjoyable course with Rachael. She delivers concepts really well and ensures all the group are included. She gives time to ask any questions and always offers to clarify points. It's a good mix of different types of break outs and exercises and works well over zoom.
Lots of personal feedback received during the two days with opportunities to put that into practice. Comfortable environment to ask questions.

Such a great course - Nick was so encouraging and patient and gave some very helpful tips with helping with nerves and general presenting skills. The food we had at lunch was delicious too so it’s been a really enjoyable couple of days! I would highly recommend the course to anyone, it was so useful.
I've enjoyed these two days of training and really feel that what I've learnt will help me advance in my career. Nick created an encouraging environment where we felt comfortable to be honest when giving feedback to our peers. I feel more confident now.
