Ebe was very polite and patient with the whole team. She was able to trouble-shoot everyones tech issues, calmly linked several team members screens and live-sharing to ensure those without sound could still participate and demonstrate learning. The pace was perfect; nobody was left behind & it felt everybody was included and encouraged to get to the same part of the training without feeling uncomfortable regardless of the level of experience we have.

Great session! The pace was just right but covered a huge amount in the hour and a half. The trainer was very patient, and got round the problem of one participant not being able to use her mic by having her onscreen all the time so she could do the demos and type in any queries or problems.
