I've enjoyed these two days of training and really feel that what I've learnt will help me advance in my career. Nick created an encouraging environment where we felt comfortable to be honest when giving feedback to our peers. I feel more confident now.

Really good to have the opportunity to focus on this important stuff! I get so bogged down with the day-to-day tasks, that often I don't get the thinking time I need to focus on leadership and how I would like to develop my team.
Course was very involved and did go at a pace, however Paul explain everything as we went on and helped where required. It would have helped if we had the work books at hand - Did not arrive for training.
Facilitator was excellent - somehow kept me engaged and interested throughout a whole day course on Excel and I really felt like I learnt a lot at the end of the day.
Sal was a great teacher. She was interactive and fun but not condescending. The lesson went really fast and I felt like I learnt a lot of practical tips & tricks
