Relaxed and informal approach worked really well . Project Management can be perceived as stuffy and boring with endless gant chants, the tutor took it back to its basic level "its not rocket science ".

Even though I have been a manager for years I still enjoyed the course and felt that I had learned something -again! Loved use of the White board to make my contributions alongside those of other participants. Loved the topics for the breakout sessions and the opportunity to practice active listening and coaching.

Great structuring of a zoom workshop, fully utilising zoom's functionalities, allowing for screen breaks every hour. Very engaging and interactive.

Training was really useful, everything was explained clearly by Ebe and the ability to practice as we went along helped me to understand the work we were doing. There was plenty of time to go at your own pace and ensure everything was understood.

Fantastic course. I wasn't sure how we would go remotely, but Serena was great and it all went very smoothly & was easy to follow.
