The session with Cathy today was one of the best I have been to. The session was interactive and well thought out as always. The flow of the session helped to give people the tools they required to be able to then practice giving feedback in the same session. I got an amazing feeling from the entire team with how engaged they were and gradually learning new skills.

I came into this as a new member of staff and didn't really have a lot to reference but I found the session very useful. It was great to meet people virtually and this was facilitated really effectively. The breakouts could have been a little bit longer but the session itself ran exactly to time so it would have only been longer in the day. I really enjoyed it.
