Great learning pace, great involvement and willingness to recover old ground for those that didnt quite get it first time round. Well prepared course notes and a very friendly, knowledgable trainer.
Trainer was fantastic and took the time to make sure everyone was at the same place and not left behind, also tailored some of the content to our local authorities needs i.e. how we can use data with our ward maps which is a requirement of some of the delegates who attended.
Excellent course facilitator - she made learning fun and more importantly I will remember the information she delivered

The training with Ed was great, he went at a great pace and I thought his use of the chat was great!. I'm someone that needs to hear, watch and read to understand sometimes so that was perfect. Ed was super friendly and explained everything very clearly, multiple times without being asked. Really enjoyed the training. Thank you Ed!
Thoroughly enjoyed this session. Felt welcomed by the group and by Michael. Interesting subject matter. Pace was good, explanation and interaction was excellent.
Really enjoying the course so far. Michael is very patient and understanding of everyone's needs. Our sessions have had a good mix of group work, presenting and individual work. I have found the sessions engaging and feel comfortable to ask anything I'm not sure on.
