There were a lot of techniques suggested / provided to try and I did like the format of coming back at the end of the day to follow up / recap on the results. Lots of food for thought of different ways of working. It was good to have the break out rooms to discuss through the shared learning too

I really loved our trainer, Gill and how she approached the sessions today. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She frequently checked if we all understood what we had just learned and if we were going at the right pace for us. Would really highly recommend her!
