Would like to have been given more concrete and practical tools/tips for managing projects instead of all the discussion Perhaps this will be given in next session. I found slides helpful but not always given enough time to look at them. Some really useful advice otherwise and Rachael was a great facilitator

Really good course. Would have been nice if the facilitator joined some of the break out rooms to offer some guidance and slightly more time in the break out rooms.

it was really useful and comforting to talk about how organisations around the world are feeling as a result of the pandemic, and it is good to say things to management about valuing their staff that we would not be able to say ourselves!

The training wasn't what I expected...it was better and more useful. Great course and Dez was excellent - the most engaging online training I've ever had!
