I felt the trainer was really good and made sure everyone was at pace leaving no one behind if someone was struggling. The trainer made everything really easy to understand and if we was stuck the trainer would ask to share screen and give us a more in depth approach. Overall, brilliant and would recommend anyone to use happy for training on Outlook.

Excellent course, with plenty of time for questions and no problems if we wanted facilitator to repeat or demonstrate anything again. Very relevant to my work and a great relief to have the basic understanding of how Office 365 works, as well as more detailed information about the specific apps. I will now enjoy exploring, whereas before it felt like wandering around in the dark!

Course was really good with very knowledgeable facilitators. It give a whole tool box of different skills to help develop you as a leader and get best out of your team in working environment. A lot f skills learnt are not just for workplace but are transferrable into life as well

Great timekeeping and integration of regular breaks, but I still found the pace a bit too quick, especially in the afternoon when I began to feel a little overwhelmed. I enjoyed the session overall, but I need more time to reflect on the tools and learn more about them.

I really liked the hands on nature of the course. We were trying out the structures rather than spending lots of time discussing the theory. I would have liked a bit more time on LS matchmaker as takes time to read about the structures to be able to rank them.
