Suzi was great and made everyone feel welcomed , Suzi had good activities planned throughout the course. Discussions in groups which gave you opportunity to share your thoughts, actions and experiences and listen to other colleagues experiences too.

Excellent tutor. Only thing I would like is a little time to fill in the formulas myself on the course as I was trying to do this whilst we were going through the next steps.

i think it would have been good to prepare attendees in advance that they will need to bring real life examples to the group (sorry if that was done and i missed it) . i think it would be good to say in advance please bring to the session real life examples you have of various scenarios. i think it can be hard to think of good ones on the spot and the team would get more out of some more in-depth conversation or confrontations. maybe went by quite fast to easily absorb all the info but the content itself was useful
