I have enjoyed the course however I prefer face to face learning

The course is well structured and gives some useful tools in management. However, should include alternatives to when the use of these tools don't go to plan or for situations when they are not necessarily appropriate

Helpful techniques. I just need to practice them to feel confident with the theory.

found this pm hard not sure if it was the content or my pm slump will need to think through the conversations a bit more

Really enjoyable- posed lots of reflection

Pat was very amenable dealing with learners who were not very IT savvy/confident

easy paced and very interactive

Great course, day two seemed much more practical, day 1 think was a bit less engaging because of this but still good.

Ben was an excellent facilitator, very clear and patient and introduced us to a lot of interesting ideas. Occasionally would have wanted more practical tips, especially on the first day, but equally came to understand the structure of the course and the second day was much more practical.
