Interesting and quite fun; some of the conversations are difficult to construct in an arbitrary situation.
I am finding the guidance that we are utilising is not dissimilar to skills we already have and utilise, however there are key aspects and tips that can help guide and support for a more favourable outcome and offer a supportive approach towards colleagues and myself to ove forwards.

Generally interesting, I think the current audience may well be using many of these techniques already, its how to take it to the next level which is possibly of more benefit.
