Adele was very good all round. I did think the pace could have been a bit quicker however, and would have liked to have covered a bit more material in the time.

Great trainer. Very personable and good at getting everyone involved. I came with a blank slate, not having much experience of minute taking but Paul answered all the questions that I didn't even know I had.

Another brilliant Happy course! I previously did level 2 excel and the instructors are always so patient, well informed and engaging.

I felt it was the correct lenght of time for this type of training. The pace was a little quick but that was mostly to do with my own lack of experience in Excel.
