Natalie is a great facilitator and trainer. Natalie goes at a good pace for everyone and is extremely thoughtful and respectful in her responses and conversation. I feel at ease talking with Natalie about some big heavy topics - thank you!

Ebe is an amazing tutor. She has been so patient during all the Excel and PowerPoint sessions. She was strangely grateful whenever I said, "I don't follow," or "I can't remember," saying that she'd rather know than for me to struggle to keep up. She's amazing at multi-tasking when different people are learning at different speeds - she's brilliant at going back over stuff while simultaneously keeping the 'faster' people going and not hanging around. Thank you to Ebe and to Happy for some great training sessions.
