I really enjoyed the training session. It was an excellent pace as I enjoy it when it is fast moving, yet having the time to go into detail on anything requested. Also Adele did a good job involving all attendees even though the course was run virtually.

Great session - and great use of zoom to ensure it was still interactive. A few key takeouts from the session that will remain with me.

This workshop was really beneficial and it has made me reflect on my responses and how I would normally approach situations for the better. The contrasting 3 part statements and the 'no but' exercise was harder than expected but was very beneficial for me to put in practice going forward.

This course exceeded by expectations. The tone was perfect and it was very engaging without being intimidating and meant participants worked well as a team and with individual contributions. I thought I would be too scared to contribute but felt encouraged.

Really useful course and loved how interactive it was. Paul put you at ease and made it digestible. I feel confident that it'll be useful personally and professionally.

Great teacher, clear and patient

I appreciate the training and whole process is very good that let me learnt a lot! Just one recommendation is that the course might be better to split into two sessions as today we had the excel training about 5 hours. A little bit too long for me.

Ebe answered all my questions very clearly. It was great to have 1:1 training. I understand much more about all the functions on Teams, rather than just using the Calendar.

Learnt a few new things about using word. interesting session.
