I think it was really clear, there was ample opportunity to contribute and it felt like a friendly, inclusive and welcoming course, with meaningful outcomes that will help us in our everyday lives (both work and personal)

Very interesting course, the only comment would be that 3:30 hours is way too long. 2:00 hour sessions would be enough, and one would benefit from having more sessions (=better follow up) and more hability to integrate all the learnings.

It was a really engaging session - the first virtual training session that I actually felt involved in which is no mean feat. I liked the use of breakout rooms and Jam board both of which worked really well.
