Thoroughly enjoyed the customer excellence training. Paul was really supportive and guided the conversation well, the training was engaging and has stimulated my thinking on ways to improve my approach to customer service

Very engaging and interesting sessions. Thought the way the session was delivered was intriguing and moved at a good pace for learning. Kept the learner engaged throughout and never sat just listening for long periods.

I enjoyed it - it's the first day-long zoom course I've attended where I felt energised and involved rather than 'chewing the desk' and watching the clock. Also felt like I'd learned a handful of really (immediately) usuable ideas rather than pages of notes I might never look at again

Nicky was a great trainer - she is very energetic and really engaging
