very good as ever

The course was very helpful and Darren was very good and patient with everyone and made people at ease.

I was quite nervous thinking about the feedback giving exercises but it was fun, relaxed and help natural. Really enjoyed this workshop.

Always so valuable to take time out from everyday work to spend time reflecting and speaking to colleagues about thier perspectiive. Feeling very positive :-)

Another incredibly useful and uplifting session.

Enjoyed the practical aspect of the session particularly getting the opportunity to practice giving feedback, rather than just discussing how it could be done.

Well structured session, and as usual the breakouts and starter questions work really well.

Good Course to be on , maybe of like some more 1-1 time :)
