Excellent workshop with lots of ideas about strategy in such a short space of time.
There was a constant theme in today's course that continued throughout. I loved how the different group exercises built from the previous one and were concluded with practical assessment and consideration of how model and methodologies could be practically applied to address the challenge we had started with, which was a real life one experienced by the organisation.

Daphne was a great instructor and very patient. They did well to involve the whole class and make sure everyone was ok. They also did well in challenging us to think about when we would use it and make us explain how we did exercises, rather than just telling us.
