Jo was a fantastic trainer. She had excellent examples which Brought things to life. She also modelled how to deal with a difficult situation with lack of PC/.Dodgy wifi with humour, light heartedness, being human and just being herself. I am sure that the alone will have given people a lot of confidence
The facilitator was excellent in including everyone, checking back and being flexible in adapting to the needs & requirements of the group
Rachel W was really good in her delivery. I was dreading this being a heavily PowerPoint based training session - but it was very much not that. The break out rooms were really handy, as it got all attendees to actively participate, if certain people felt they couldn't contribute within the larger group.
The training was superb. Rachael is very engaging and the training was really interesting and interactive.
This was excellent. It was practical, it focused on tech skills and training skills. We were all encouraged in what we did. We got to try out our skills in a safe environment. Our facilitator was empathetic and considerate and shared her own learning as well as helping us to learn.
The two days were very good indeed. Lots of helpful information, advice, tips and chances to engage and ask questions. Inclusive and interactive and catered for all types of learning.
I have learned something I have never done before, I have heard that this could be done but never used it as I thought it would be difficult...but it was not when it was explained and showed.
Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this learning. Really useful in my context and going forward.
