great instructor and great course!

Great instructor and learning material !

Structure was great, pace could have been a bit quicker personally.

I am happy with the course. I was not sure what to expect (per say) but I think it was very informative and reflective on how we communicate with people, before we look at how other people communicate with us. I like the two trainers we got.

The facilitator was very helpful and encouraging, he slowed down when participants asked and explained everything in detail.

Edmund is very nice, explains really well and it was a pleasure to follow his lecture

The trainer was excellent and the content very exhaustive for our upcoming internships. The pace was great. It was a bit slow for me personally but the perfect pace given the group's diverging familiarity level with the tool.
