Excellent-well paced and fun for a very hot day. Made me think about if we could use this for our area and group leaders as a follow on as they are required to faciliate their meetings externally to Ramblers.
It was a really good and useful session. Time was given for reflection and also to learn from other attendees. But at the same time practical suggestions and advice was given, from a non-judgmental perspective
lots of interactive to keep me interested, new tools to use,
Brendan did well to manage the day given the intense heat.
Another interesting session, full of ideas to take away and think about putting to use. Starting to feel that the 20% off the job learning is slowly integrating within my work rather than an add on.
