Great and reflective session. Great to meet and speak to others in the NHS These sessions should run in all hospitals as a way to make employees feel happier at work.

Its was good, enjoyable, thought provoking and gave an opportunity to meet clinicians from different areas.
I think the course was great. I learnt a lot - I just need to apply it! I think the biggest issue was tech set up in order to make the best of on-line learning. It would have been good to let people know in advance to have a split screen or multiple screens. And perhaps to have used the first 30 mins to check everyone was set up for this. It made training (and being trained) more difficult as a result. And as the training is linear - each element building on the preceding point - it was very easy to loose track.
