Suzi was a great facilitator - she led engaging, honest, and informative conversations throughout the day. Overall, it was a really enjoyable day.
I was very worried and anxious about attending the course, Suzi soon made me feel at easy, the lesson was at a good pace, lots of info and things to go away with and work on, would recommend this course to anyone.

I thought the course was a really nice blend of group discussion and information sharing. Paul was friendly and provided good information and structure throughout. So the course timings were spot on (no surprise there I guess!)
