Excellent course Opportunities for self reflection as well as learning from others
Great course, paced well and great trainer. Didn’t get bored which happens a lot on training. Lots of useful approaches that I can use
Very different form of training where it's mainly based on attendees interaction. This is new for me and I quite enjoyed it.
Course is great though some elements seem to be more applicable to leaders of organisations rather than leaders of teams

Overall a really good intro into facilitation techniques. Maybe the challenge is that it is with such a huge variety of different backgrounds/experience levels that is is sometimes a tiny bit vague in terms of strategies. But really good discussions and engagements across different types and styles of facilitation
this was my first virtual training session online and I was surprised how interactive it was. Great facilitation with break out rooms and Slido and Jamboard.
