I was a bit worried about attending an all-day Zoom training session, but Rachael's delivery was excellent and the course was really interactive. I very much enjoyed the day and would recommend this course to others.

It was brilliant! My trainer worked at my level to help me understand the subject. The trainer was funny and engaging. I feel much more confident in the subject now.

As always Rachael has the perfect mix of group work and leadership/teaching. She is very aware of individual needs.

I really enjoyed this course and learned a lot from it. Serena was a great teacher who explained things well, involved everybody which isn't easy when facilitating training over teams, made us feel very comfortable asking questions and paced the session really well.

It was useful to understand the techniques available for information sharing on remote/hybrid meetings It was a good reminder that others experience hybrid working differently and face different challenges

Was an enjoyable course

I found it a bit fast paced at some points and difficult to keep up- but I understand that there was lots of information to pass over. A help guide to accompany the teaching would be useful
