Good content and some interesting things I hadn't seen before.
The course was very useful in explaining how to best use Outlook for a beginner with no prior experience.
I hope it was more technical but still learned something new
It was a very good start to the course, which allowed us to get to know our colleagues and engage with each other.
Like hearing how other learners on the course had changed their practices-particularly like the rose & thorn approach at the start of the meeting have already spoken with my manager about pushing for feedback rather than waiting to receive it.
