Quite useful lesson with the right teaching pace, but it will be great if the lesson can extend to 2 hours. So we could have more time to practise or experience.
I found the training session very useful, Esther was very welcoming and made myself feel very involved in the group. I've taken alot from the slides that were demonstrated and also from the other participants in the training.

Very different form of training where it's mainly based on attendees interaction. This is new for me and I quite enjoyed it.
