This is a fantastic course for a first time manager but for participant with more experience, it could have cover a bit more on newer trends in management.

Nicky was brilliant, she really got everyone thinking and involved in the session. The course had lots of tangible techniques that we can put into practice in the workplace. My whole thought process around coaching has changed and I really got a lot out of it. Loved that Nicky shared the slides too, so we can refer to them later.

Very good training to remind myself how to merge mail but also tips to merge email and to use some other functionalities on excel or words.
