I thoroughly enjoyed the APM PFQ training and would highly recommend it. Carmen delivered the course in a friendly, engaging and highly professional manner, making even the more complex topics easy to understand. Her attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every area of the syllabus was covered clearly and that any questions were answered fully. I was particularly anxious about the exam before the course, as a sudden increase in my workload meant I had very little time to complete the recommended pre-course learning. However, Carmen's excellent teaching style, practical examples and clear explanations gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to succeed, and I'm pleased to say I passed the exam. Thank you, Carmen, for creating such a supportive learning environment and for making the course both enjoyable and informative. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Course content is good, however I would prefer a classroom type learning over online.
Course Structure and content is well presented, Trainer was excellent in providing information and teaching an information rich subject.
The instructor, Ruth, was very engaging and presented the content in a very personable manner.
I thought the course ran at the right pace, the content was easy to understand and there was so much I will take away to use for my own projects. Ruth is clearly an experienced project manager and used many real life examples throughout the duration of the course.
Every subject that was in the test was covered in the training. And it was delivered in an easy to absorb manor
Overall thought this was a great course, they managed to fit a lot of content in just a few weeks. Having two weeks of revision time at the end was the perfect amount for me. I would have liked more practise questions with mark schemes. Whilst the chatgpt questions were okay, I found that it is programmed to agree with you so was not great at giving honest marking feedback.
A lot of content to get through and it requires you to be self driven and carry out research and homework, but Lisa the trainer is very knowlegable and engages the group. Parallel provides you with the online tools and content to succeed
The venue's management could have been significantly better, as several issues impacted the event experience.
