Carmen was easy going, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She tailored her approach to suit our needs as a team and this was evident in her feedback of our coursework as well as the techniques she used to transfer her knowledge to us. I would use Parallel again, and most definitely highly recommend Carmen.

Lisa was a really engaging, demanding, and high performance trainer. I enjoyed her sessions, she set clear expectations from the students (eg cameras on, asking individuals questions to ensure everyone was engaged) and taught the course clearly, and concisely.

Great content, great instructor

Overall, I found the course very useful and well structured. Lisa was an excellent trainer – knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to explain concepts in a practical and relatable way. Her approach helped build confidence and made complex topics easier to understand. The homework, revision sessions and exam focused guidance were particularly valuable. One area that could further enhance the course would be the inclusion of additional mock exam questions or timed practice papers, as these help reinforce learning and build confidence ahead of the PMQ exam. Overall, a very positive experience and one I would happily recommend to others preparing for the APM PMQ.

Great course, great content. I really enjoyed the course and even if I don't pass, I have learned so much and it has taken my passion for Project Management to a new level. It has been a lot of content to take in and try and learn, but all of it has made so much sense and really glad I made the choice to do this and if I do manage to pass, I will be looking into the Chartered level next. Lisa and Paul were both great and made the content and sessions really engaging and you can see their passion for this in how they deliver it.
