Lisa presented the course very well but felt rushed as it would be better delivered over more days. Trying to fit the extra time required to revise was challenging due to work and home commitments

Lisa has been excellent, clear and supportive and draws on her own experience as a PM. I have found the pace a bit too quick at times but can't attribute this to Lisa - show has a certain amount of content to deliver in a certain amount of time and in that context, she has shown much skill in ensuring that we have the required amount of content to meet learning objectives. I think the course design would benefit form allowing more time for reflection and feedback. Not a fan of the scoring grids as they don't allow for context (which is required if you have the answer wrong) - Again, this is not a reflection on Lisa; Lisa has always taken time to answer queries and provide fuller explanation if requested.

I thought the course was great overall. I didn’t notice a few typos on slides and in the book but other than that it was great. Clear and easy to follow. Lisa was a fantastic teacher and I was really comfortable with asking her questions and getting her feedback and guidance through out.

The course was good and well-designed. I would have preferred longer sessions to go over the material.

Becky is an outstanding communicator. She demonstrates a depth of knowledge and understanding that can only come from years of real‑world experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the session, and I have no doubt that the insights I gained will be valuable throughout my future career.

Carmen was a fantastic trainer. She explained the concepts well and included examples that were easy to follow.

Lisa was a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer. The course handbook is a bit overwhelming and I preferred to use the course slides with very occasional reference to the handbook. Really enjoyed the videos moodle and the podcasts.
