Brian was very engaging and interesting. The content was good and it was useful to keep recapping our learning during the sessions. I feel that a lot of hints and tips were learned during the sessions and the training emphasized to me a lot of things that I had already been applying to my training sessions.

Overall the course was very good and pitched very well. The interaction was good apart from the one group with IT issues, It may be better to send minimum IT requirements to participants.

The course provided a good insight into leadership and management styles - the theories were explained in real life scenarios which made it easier to understand.
