Excellent course, very well developed to support today’s leadership challenges
The aim of the course is attractive and the content is great
Very likely to recommend to people, the feedback that i have is that I would have liked more depth and information/ theory around leadership of the people and behaviours.
The leadership trust has been like no other leadership course I’ve experienced before. The way it’s meticulously setup to teach us lessons through failure and experience. It’s made me really think deeply about my behaviour, actions and emotions and how that effects the team I lead.
A really excellent programme. In my long career in IT, this has been the best. The mix of theory and in-practice 'learn by doing' plus the built in 'time to reflect' together with the depth of knowledge and experience of the presenters all ties in to make a perfect training approach. It also builds new contacts across the organisation that we wouldn't otherwise have. Perfect. 5 stars. Would highly recommend!

Not up to standard.
I found the course extremely valuable for my leadership development. The content was well-structured, practical, and directly applicable to my role. The facilitators and course director created an engaging, supportive learning environment and brought deep expertise that enriched every session. I left the program with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger set of tools to apply in my day-to-day leadership.
