A really good two days with some great team exercises. I feel the content of the slides after lunch on day 2 seemed too generic and not tailored to suit what Garic needed.
Although very demanding physically and mentally, the program provides engaging all round leadership skill set and knowledge to be applied in daily life and workplace. Well worth to attend.

This is a practical leadership course were you plan, tryout, get feedback and adjust your leadership behaviour in real situations. I have never done something like this before. However, it seem way more effective combination between the theory and your actual behaviour. Thanks for a great week!
