Classroom chairs will need to change. Food is good. I think a summary of the tools given is summarised at the rnd of the tools on how to apply these leadership method

I loved the experiential nature of the course and found it very impactful and valuable. So refreshing from most other less dynamic courses. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars…. I would have loved to have had more opportunity to lead tasks rather than spend most time working at a task level as I felt I learned most in the one leadership opportunity I had. Whilst the final feedback session was very valuable, I felt the first 3 days were more impactful for me than the last two days. Other: Would have been good to leave the PLOs and learning materials on the walls of the training room as we prepared to give the final feedback.

All good. However, the program is very compressed to the extent made people exhausted.

Very good overall Tasks with more of an end goal/prize would keep fresh. Too many too quick lost its meaning and effectiveness Facilitator role good but helping the group more not just keeping on track but with more informed feedback. I think room turned into an amateur psychiatrists rather than helping about work I got feedback from colleagues this was best course they have done in our space and I understand why. Very effective for sure and glad that I’ve achieved the end goal Managed to get clear goals during as was unsure how to explain but the content helped me get there. Tan very good and good poker face! Thanks, Calvin

The course was excellent and gain a lot from it, but it was extremely physically intense which was unnecessarily. You can proceed such physical projects but you must provide body recovery after each intense project.

Overall, a very positive programme start. Sound grounding in very specific areas, good to learn from others in the cohort on their experience and also as a tool to build the network and grow beyond the immediate scope of what has been defined. Thank you to the facilitators for a great start and I look forward to future sessions.

This is general awarness and fornthose Who are already aware is more like a refreshment than realising new trues of life. This was admitted honestly at the beginning that we won't be equipted with aby new tools. The change is with us. In us. We need to Get to know ourselves better which is always a good advise. And we looked in some deept on this.
